French 75

The French 75 was a drink that I discovered a couple of years ago while trying to become more versatile in my gin cocktail “intake”.  The creation of this cocktail dates back to the early 1900’s in Paris (at New York Bar), but made popular later on at the Arnuad French 75 bar in New Orleans. More commonly made with Gin and Champagne, Arnuad’s is mentioned to stay he course of the original production of the drink of Cognac and Champagne.
