My mom, my sister Tori (20), and I have always been close; however, I’ve spent all of my adult life (10years) living away from home. For that reason, I thought finally having our version of a “Ladies Night” for my mom’s bday would be fun. My mother turned a beautiful 58 this year, but doesn’t look or act the part! That being said, I knew she’d would be down for a night out. I found a way to encompass just enough wildness (i.e. belly dancers) that my mom would go for, plus exploring a new food avenue that I knew her, and Tori had not ventured down yet. And… per usual great cocktails.
Souk is a Lebanese restaurant located in the Trinity Groves area of Dallas, Texas. This area is home to several shopping and restaurant experiences, shaded communal out door seating, along with complimentary valet parking. A cool way to do a “Night on the Town” without making the commitment of going all the way downtown. I would; however, suggest making reservations, and share ride services as this place gets packed!
